Yussuf did not disappoint! Yussuf arranged for an early morning pickup at the airport. He was very patient while we checked into the hotel. Since the room wasn’t available yet, we started the Stone Town walking tour straight away. Yussuf was very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and spoke very good English. We were undecided about what we wanted to do on the second day but Yussuf was very flexible and arranged a trip to Prison Island and Nakupenda Sand Bank on very short notice. On the third day we wanted a free day to shop for souvenirs and go to a late lunch at The Rock restaurant. I mentioned our plans to Yussuf and he volunteered to make arrangements for our transportation to and from the restaurant. He sent photos of the car that would be picking us up and the driver’s name. Ramadan, the driver, was also very knowledgeable, pointing out interesting things along the way. Yussuf checked in with us to make sure all was going well. To top it off, not only did he arrange for transport back to the airport the next morning, but came with the driver to ensure all went well. I can’t recommend Yussuf enough.
