Mikumi National Park is the fourth largest in Tanzania, its covers 330 Km2.The vegetation of Mikumi National Park consists of Savannah dotted with Acacia, Baobab, Tamarinds, and Palm. At Mikumi a lot of wildlife like a Lion that climbs a tree, Elephants, Zebras, Impala, Eland, Kudu, Black Antelope, Baboons, Wildebeests & Buffaloes. From Zanzibar to Dar es salaam takes 2 hours by Ferry and from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park drive takes 7 hours by Safari Car.

Tour Plan
Pick up morning time (5 am) from the Hotel in Zanzibar drive to the Port to catch up a Ferry (7:00 am), and arrive at Dar es salaam at 9:00 am. Pick up at Dar es salaam Port by Safari Car to Mikumi National Park, the drive takes 7 hours. Arrive around 4:00 pm for the game drive. Packed lunch. Dinner and Overnight at the Lodge or Campsite.
Breakfast at the Lodge, early the morning game drive which will take 4 hours, start back to Dar es Salaam. Arrive at Dar es salaam Port to catch up a Ferry at 4:00 pm back to Zanzibar. Packed lunch.
Arrive in Zanzibar at 6:00 pm, Pick up from Zanzibar Port, and drive to your Hotel in Zanzibar.
