Selous Game Reserve is the largest protected game reserve in Africa and its under (UNESCO) World Heritage Site in 1982 – covering an area of the 50,000-kilometer square.
From Dar es, Salaam to Selous Game Reserve drive takes 7 hours.

Tour Plan
Pickup from Dar es Salaam International Airport/Hotel with packed lunch to be served on the way. Arrive at Selous Game Reserve for an evening boat Safari Rufiji River up to sunset. You can have a chance to see plenty of Crocodiles and Hippos. Big herds of Tanzanian Elephants are also attracted by the River Rufiji that flows through the reserve. Dinner and Overnight at Mloka Safari Lodge.
After breakfast – Pickup for morning and afternoon game drive. The Selous game reserve is famous for Hippos, Zebras, large hands of Giraffes, Wildebeest, Impala, a large number of Lichtenstein’s, Hartebeests, Waterbucks, Elands and Bushbuck, Lions, Buffaloes, Leopards, Crocodiles, and Hyenas. Packed Lunch. Dinner and Overnight at Mloka Safari Lodge.
After breakfast – Pick up and drive for game drive Selous game reserve on the way to Mikumi National Park – In the evening Maasai Village visit until sunset down. Packed lunch. Dinner and Overnight at Camp Bastian Lodge.
After breakfast – a full-day game drive/viewing. Packed lunch. You can have a chance to see lots of Wildlife like Elands, Impalas, Zebras, black Antelopes, Elephants, Kudu, Baboons, Buffaloes, Wildebeest, Maasai Giraffe, Hippos, and more than 300 species of birds. Dinner and Overnight at Camp Bastian Lodge.
After breakfast – Pick up for a short time game drive (1 hour) on the way to Dar es Salaam.
